Am I saying that this meal was better, or equal to, whatever god you choose to bow down to?
No.
But it was DAMN close.

So good you'd kick a small child to have a second helping!
From the left: Creole Cajun Tempeh from Bryant Terry‘s Vegan Soul Kitchen, topped with Indian Coconut Chutney inspired by the stuff at my local Indian place (arguably the best Indian restaurant in Amsterdam) and Mango Salsa. Those things to the right are Sweet Pumpkin Dumplings that I found in the frozen foods section of the chinese supermarket in town. But the highlight was definitely the tempeh and toppings.
I think I’m in love with Bryant Terry.
